Good communication via both email and once scheduled, by text. Quality repair done right the first time. We had a hole that we had to cut to investigate a possible leak. Thankfully no leak. Was old staining seeping through the paint. Roberto took good care of the area, and as you can see in picture 2, plastic was draped from the ceiling during the repair. He is a pro at drywall repair and texturing. Note, drywall techs do drywall. Painting is either up to you or a painter. Note this is a positive. He specializes in drywall and that is what you want.
